SOFT BUTTER ICING

1/3 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Queen Natural Vanilla Essence
3 1/2 cups sifted icing sugar
3-4 tbs milk

Cream butter, salt, and vanilla, beating until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating constantly. Add 3 tbs milk, and continue beating until smooth. Add more milk (or sifted icing sugar)until your desired consistency is reached.

This Butter Icing recipe is perfect as a base for Queen Writing Gels & Fudges. It is best to allow icing to set before applying Queen Writing Gels and Fudges.
