QUEEN VANILLA CHANTILLY CREAM

300ml thickened cream
2 tbs icing sugar
2 tsp Queen Natural Vanilla Essence

Whip cream, icing sugar and Queen Natural Vanilla Essence until thick and smooth. Place a dollop of Chantilly Cream on fresh strawberries and serve with a chilled glass of champagne for special occasions! Fill prepared profiteroles with Chantilly Cream and drizzle over chocolate sauce. Spoon Chantilly Cream over prepared pavlova, top with fresh fruit and serve immediately.
